Neles ND9102HN HART Intelligent Valve Controller
The Neles ND9102HN provides digital positioning for pneumatic control valve actuators. Part of Valmet’s ND9000 family, it combines a loop-powered 4–20 mA input with HART communication for configuration and device monitoring.
The ND9102H configuration uses a low-capacity spool intended for actuators with a stroke volume below 1 dm³. It supports single-acting and double-acting applications and can be installed on rotary or linear valves using the appropriate mounting hardware.
Configuration and Diagnostics
Local and remote configuration help simplify commissioning and maintenance. ND9000 diagnostic functions provide information about device operation and valve performance, supporting troubleshooting and maintenance planning. Automatic calibration is available to assist setup.

Selection and Ordering
Confirm the complete model code, actuator stroke volume, mounting arrangement and required accessories before ordering. The ND9102HN is the non-hazardous-area version; applications requiring hazardous-area certification need a suitably approved model.
